How to orders


  1. Choose the category that you want to browse from the top menu.

  2. You will then be shown with a list of products, click on the product photo or product title you like to view or order.

  3. Click on the 'Buy now' button to place your order and you will then be directed to Order Form.

    4.
  4. Fill in the details and click on the 'Submit' button.

    5.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your order and you will be given a bank account number for making payment.

    6.
  6. Payment must be made within 3 DAYS after confirmation has been made otherwise the item will be released.  
  7. After making payment, kindly email us the PROOF OF PAYMENT (cash deposit receipt,   computer generated internet banking slip, etc) together with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER used to reserve the item(s). 
  8. We start processing your order and ship it the next business day.

 Payment Method 







Payment can be made to Maybank & CIMB bank account.

Account name and number will be given after confirmation.


Shipping Terms 


  1. We process or ship out all orders on the next business if payment is received and notified today, i.e. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. However, we might delay our order delivery without prior notice due to technical resources problem.

  2. When we post out your items, we will send you shipment email with tracking number on the same day by 3 pm (GMT +8.00). Order are shipped by 


           

You will be given a tracking number whereby you can track package by visiting the respective courier companies' tracking system and entering your tracking number into the space provided. Click on the courier service logo to redirect you to their tracking system.


Postage fee varies from RM7 depends on location (East/West Malaysia) and weight of the item(s).
